Beneath The HawThorn Tree

I stand at a wee 5’3”, with a toned yet soft figure. Intersprinkled on my fair and freckled skin are tattoos, each an imprint with a story. Contrary to what many may think is a political statement, my hair is adorably blue and short due to my love for the color, and that my eyes match is a lovely coincidence.

Sadly I had learned to feel shame about my natural body hair and it took years to break free of that mindset. What’s not to love about the pheromones that catch in all the right places, soft and warm to the touch? So much that is natural to us becomes marred by fear of judgement. Above all its how we treat each other that matters, not our adherence to conventions of masculinity or femininity. 

 

Free to Fly 
On my educational journey in college, I racked up units in Japanese, Spanish, and the sciences. For a time during the height of COVID statewide prevention efforts I stayed working in my chosen field as I waited for the right time to re enter school. My heart knew it was a profession for the greater good, but the inadequate pay and stress made it impossible to stay. No longer sapped by corporate, I now have the free time to indulge in pursuits of happiness and build my own business.

Pleasures Big and Small
So grateful am I to savor an oat milk iced coffee in the morning, commune with kindred spirits, or binge watch a science fiction/fantasy series. We all need to be thankful for the abundance around us, and I hope to be the conduit that channels moments of excitement and comfort for those that accompany me. Apart from the five senses, one’s emotional and intellectual experiences are paramount- I enjoy fostering deep connections on rendezvous, enhancing corporeal bliss.

Some Like it Hot…
